On April 13th College Republicans from all across the state of Iowa came together in Des Moines to vote for IFCR board .
Moving Iowa Forward
The new IFCR board has high expectations for this upcoming school year. Newly elected chairwoman Alex Byrnes was quoted saying " This new leadership looks forward to doing great thing while representing College Republicans across Iowa." Iowa CR's are preparing for the upcoming 2020 election and plan on playing a roll in helping elect conservatives candidates up and down the ballot. Vice chairman Anthony La Bruna was quoted saying, "I believe we, as College Republicans, can and should play a major role in flipping the US House of Representatives back to a Republican majority, keeping Senator Joni Ernst in the U.S. Senate and giving President Trump another four years in the White House." This goal will be accomplished by getting CR's out inforce to door knock for our candidates. We look forward to serving as IFCR board this year and help the Republican party in the 2020 election.
